I have been a Contractor Specialist Mortgage Adviser for over 7 years, assisting people on day rate contracts secure mortgages without any need to prove income from Accounts or Tax Calculations (SA302s). My career in this specialist field began with Contractor Financials (and later when they were taken over by Mortgages Made Easy) and following this, with Super Contractors in their London office. I am completely fee free, meaning that there is no charge for my advice.
